Grass-Fed Beef:



--Meat comes labeled, frozen, vacuum sealed for maximum freshness, from USDA facility

--Safely stores minimum 1yr.

--Mixed boxes average 50% ground beef (1lb packages), 25% roasts, 25% steaks.  Varies with availability.

--Estimated freezer space: 35lbs/cubic foot.

--Average person in the northeast consumes 63lbs beef/year.

Prices listed in hanging weight; estimate 1/3 loss after cutting (i.e. 150lbs hanging weight=100lbs cut meat)

Estimated (this varies 50lbs or more depending on the weight of the steers) amount of edible cuts is 250lbs whole, 125lbs sides, 62.5lbs quarters.
